All of a sudden automations that worked fine before are either not working now or are working VERY slowly. More than 10 minutes to run a simple automation that took less than 30 seconds before. Is this something that I'm doing or is there something wrong?
@Rachel McQuain and @Donna - Thanks for reporting the issue. Could you describe the automation rules being affected? Are they scheduled rules, based on due date, card buttons, board buttons, or rules based on other triggers (like card moves, card changes, checklists, card content or custom fields)?
It appeared that all of my rules were being affected. Even the more simple ones that were just performing one function seemed to be taking a very long time to process. Below are some examples of the automations that should have been running that I was having trouble with. They are mostly rules, scheduled, and due date ones. I don't have really any buttons.

@Alex I don't use buttons so all of my automations are housed in the rule based section and I do have a very small amount in the scheduled section - it's still painfully slow even now which is almost a month since we first brought the situation to light... I also ensure that my boards contain less than 500 cards as that use to be a major hickup for the system, so that is eliminated from our equation!
