On the Trello free plan, you can only have 10 open boards at a time. Most likely all of the missing boards are just closed. Can you check your closed boards and make sure that they are there? If you would like to use them again you will need to close other boards and reopen the closed board you would like to work on in that workspace https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/ Let me know if that is not the case.
