I'm seeing a bug where when Trello app is open on my Mac (15.4.1) after a while it uses 100% of the GPU resources of my Mac, slowing things down, draining the battery and making it run hot.
Trello 2.15.9 (latest in store)
Doesn't seem to be a way to report the bug. Contact support just sends us to the forums.
I've noticed that it happens with a card is opened, the GPU pegs and once you close the card, the GPU use drops again. The 2 big spikes in the middle are me opening a card, leaving it open for a while, then closing it.
Anyone found a fix?
Hello Tony,
Thank you for reaching out to our community.
We are currently investigating performance issues with the desktop app on macOS 15 Sequoia. Could you please confirm if you're using this version as well? If so, you can track the bug report here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-663
Yes - that was in the original post - 15.4.1 which is Sequoia. I'm running it on a MacBook Air M2. I'll try to update the bug report link you shared too.
I commented there, but other than it being a bug related to MacOS 15, it seems unrelated to my issue.

Hi, I seem to have the same problem. Only I haven't tracked my metrics, but I've noticed when Trello starts glitching, Google Maps glitches too. How this is related I can't tell yet and I can't track it either. Probably lack of technical knowledge. But at first glance the situation is the same.
