Background and images not appearing

Hello, 

I am invited on two boards my manager has created but I cannot see any images (see attached).  There should be a background picture and also the names of the people on the board has an error.  I am listed as admin on the board and I do not see any other settings to change to make it work.  I am using Chrome.  How can I fix it to see the images?

Hey there, welcome to the community! It seems like something odd is happening with your browser, there. Can you please try to open these boards on incognito mode (on chrome) or maybe on firefox and see if the issue persists?
