Hi everyone,
I’m trying to build a Sales Pipeline Dashboard that visualises data from Trello, ideally including lists, custom fields, and a Power-Up called "Amazing Fields," displayed in graphs and reports.
I’ve tried Bluecat and the native dashboards in Trello Premium, but neither gave me the flexibility I need. I also gave Coupler.io a go, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to extract custom field data properly.
I work in finance, and my main goal is to forecast which month deals are expected to settle and what the total value of those deals would be for each period.
Has anyone found a reliable way to do this using Trello data, ideally with full custom field support? I’m open to apps, exports, or any creative workarounds.
Thanks in advance,
Dan
In general, access to data maintained by power up are not easily accessible. It depends on now the developer keeps the data. If it is kept as shared on the card (there is a 4K space for this), there is a possibility of retrieving them with code or the developer provides api for them.
I would prioritise block design that makes use of dashboard unnecessary by incorporating status displayed and removed as work progresses. However this does not handle your case of using Power Up data like those stored in Amazing Fields (btw a very useful pup)
