What kind of Trello App you use? Is it native for Windows or Mac OS or browser based?

Unfortunately BigPicture Power-Up currently does not support Trello desktop clients.
Try Trello via Chrome web browser, it should work fine.
The issue is still under investigation, we will get back with feedback.
