Billing Issue

Hi Trello team, 

I am currently using 3 user boards - with standard plan. 

I have paid 3 users fee($180) at the beginning, but recently I was charged with an additional user fee ($55.89) on 3/29/2025. 

Is this because I have added 'sendboard-bot' as an user? 

My board member is still 3 users, and I don't know why the additional user was on charged. 

Please advise.
