I seem to have lost my board in the iPhone Trello app. I had created a board while not having any reception for two days or so. As soon as I had reception again and opened the app, I got a message that I was logged out and was asked to log in again (which I did with the same account as with which I had created te board). And then I didn’t see the board anymore. Other (older) boards are still there. Was there a syncing issue? Could I recover it locally? Hope someone can help!

Hey @Maayke

Trello doesn’t save boards locally, so if you were logged out before it synced, that board’s gone. You’ll only see boards that actually hit Trello’s servers. Double-check you’re logged into the exact same account, but if it’s not there, you’ll need to recreate it.

Oh no! What a shame. Any way to prevent this from happening again? Don’t create boards when offline? 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, safest bet is just don’t create boards while offline. Once you’re back online, open the board right away so it syncs for sure. That way you won’t lose it if the app logs you out.
