Hi guys,
I have a board for every member of my team. In these boards they manage the status with their customers. Like I don´t want them to share the information I made a board for each member.
The problem is that now I have to check board by board the status of the customers. There is any chance of having a board to check them all ?
Thanks
Regards
Hello,
Try to create a board, which is based upon a filter, which joins all filter queries from every member's board.
For example, there are two members and two boards. A filter is linked to each board (board settings -> general configuration -> filter). Suppose, for Board 1 the filter id is 10212 and for Board2 - 10213.
Then the filter for your board could be
filter = 10212 or filter = 10213
Hi Alexey,
thank you so much for your promptly reply.
I know how to put filter on boards but not to create a board based upon a filter. That means that each member will have access only to its board and couldnt change the filters to see the information of the other board member?
My main concern is that they couldn´t access to customer of other members.
Thanks

Each board is based upon a filter. Go to any board's settings and have a look (board settings -> general -> filter field)

Hi Alexey,
Looks like I didn`t express myself properly. Sorry for that.
I have f.e. 2 members, "Toni" with "Toni´s leads" board and " John" with "John´s leads" board. Toni cant access to John information and neither the opposite.
My question is if I could create a board where I can check the boards of both of them.
Thanks
