Bug with "Checklist made incomplete" rule?

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to create an automation on my deal tracking board that flags deal cards without a next step. 

The automation to add the label when the checklist "✅ Next Steps" is completed adds the "Missing Next Step" label as expected:

However, the exact inverse of that checklist does not work. When I add a new checklist item to a completed checklist (also known as making it incomplete), it does not remove the label.

I am kind of at a loss here. I have deleted and re-created the label and the rule several times. No dice.

The trigger action "When a checklist is made incomplete" Triggers when an item within the checklist is unchecked, not when a new item is added.

You should be able to have:

When an item is added to the checklist "✅ Next Steps" in a card with checklist "✅ Next Steps" complete
