Butler / Automation command on team board, not working for team members

Hello Community!

I have created a card button on a board that is accessible/used by members of our business team. The automation, sends the said card to another board and deletes it from the original board.

I have tested the rule, and the automation is working perfectly when I trigger it, however, when the members of my team hit the button, the command will not run. They get a red message saying - command could not run.

Any ideas on why it will not run for them?
