Butler Bot Rules not working

Using Butler Bot  we have created a rule to calculate the hours taken per job on a card by members/users. It was working on all boards I created until there was an update or change..but not sure if I did anything. All I normally do on the board is open butler bot and tick the Enable Rules box..now it just doesn't work.
