Butler could not run my rule when a card is added to the board by anyone, add member

I have automated a rule via Butler to add certain team members when a new card is created. The rule shows but is not working? Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

Hello, @[deleted], I am having a similar issue. The rule I set up is "When a card is added to the board by anyone > join the card". However this rule is only adding me to every card, I'm guessing because I created the rule.

My goal is to have whoever created the card be automatically added to the card. I thought this was the right rule to set up but is there a better option?
