Butler rule not working on one board

I have a Butler rule for one of my boards that stopped working a few days ago. All other rules on other boards still work. I am currently on a premium trial, so I should not be meeting any limits (I only use Trello for personal projects at the moment.)

I have tried logging in and out, made sure it was enabled, deleted the rule and added it back, etc., and still no dice. Any help would be appreciated.

So the thing that worked for me was splitting the rule into two separate rules

"when the green "Task Completed" label is added to a card, mark the due date as complete" and

"when the green "Task Completed" label is added to a card, move the card to the top of list "Done""

and simplifying the second rule, so it did not include any specific boards "when the green "Task Completed" label is added to a card in "blank" etc.

I do not understand why this wasn't working with more "complex" commands, so if you do I would love an explanation.

From my experience it's actually better to use a single rule for a list of actions. It might be a bit slower as Butler runs through all the commands but I found that sometimes when there are multiple rules with the exact same trigger Butler sometimes misses a rule, I think this might be for example because the first rule interrupts the trigger for the second rule etc.

I would either consolidate it into one rule or you can make them piggyback off each other. So for example:

"when the green "Task Completed" label is added to a card, mark the due date as complete" and

"when the due date is marked as complete in a card, move the card to the top of list "Done""

This way Butler flows nicely with the action of the first rule triggering the next rule.

Open the usage log. That may show you what went wrong. You can share it here so we can look at it.
