Are you able to log in directly to the Jira instance and it won't let you in?
Were you able to log in previously without any issues, or is this the first time you're trying to access it?
If you can log in, is the problem because you don't see a project or certain features?
👉 If your account has been inactive for a long time, it's possible that the administrator has suspended it. In that case, you should ask them to check in Admin Hub if your user is still active and has the correct license.
👉 If you can log in but don't see the project, then it's a project permissions or roles issue.
In short, it's best to first confirm whether the problem is with the account (status/license) or with the project permissions, and with that information, you can then guide the solution.
