As far as I see there is no way to change the color of the automation buttons.
You do have the option to choose an icon/emoji to make it stand out. However, the icons/emojis are not in color.

@Adam Motyl-Szary yeah the emojis are how I typically do it if i want to style them. I haven't actually thought about using PixieBrix for that, but it definitely could work. PixieBrix is a low code browser automation tool that lets you manipulate various things in your browser; i work at PixieBrix, so let me know if you want to explore that more!
