I'm trying to connect the power ups Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail Tracker. It will not connect to my Microsoft Business account.
Is there a limitation? Or does Trello only connect to personal Microsoft accounts?
Hi George,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂
It looks like you're trying to authenticate with Power-Ups that aren't created by Trello:
Is my assumption correct?
If that's so, unfortunately, we don't have much information on these Power-Ups or what you'd need to do to get this working, as they aren't developed or managed by us. I'd recommend reaching out to the team who developed the Power-up directly, as they should be able to help you with this. You can contact them by clicking on the Contact Support button on one of the Power-Ups' pages above (they're created by the same developer).
There is, however, a bit of information about MS O365 licenses here: https://trello.com/power-ups/63e866a6f4b10ebc8498c998#:~:text=%F0%9F%91%AE%20Office%20365%20Consent
Do you happen to see the same problem? There are some troubleshooting steps listed there, too.
On a side note, while we don't offer Power-Ups with exactly the same functionality, I'd suggest you look into using the built-in email-to-board feature and the Outlook calendar integration. Here's more about it:
Hope this information helps!
