Can I create an automation to copy a pdf attachment to another card

Can I create an automation to copy a pdf attachment from one card to another - for example when a particular label is attached to the card then copy any attachment ending in .pdf to card ... in list ...

Not doable without some effort and with code. Some challenges include identifying the attachment and also the card to add the attachment. If the attachment is always a specific name will be easier.
