Can I edit the card layout?

I want the "Add Comments" field to be higher on the card so that I don't have scroll a lot to add a comment.

Once I add a checklist and location, the "Add comments" is way down the bottom. Can I move the  "Add Comments" higher on the card?

You can not move the Add Comments higher to the card.

Try the Advanced Comments by AJ Power-Up. Once you've created a comment, you can click on the "Edit Comment" Power-Up button, which is not nearly as far down as the comments section. An imperfect work-a-round, but I find it helpful on cards where I leave myself a lot of notes.
