Can I see or find workspaces for managed users?

We have some users, who are managed users, using Trello but as an org admin I cannot see this product. We have Atlassian Guard and they do not show up as discovered products there either. Is there any way to see the users and/or workspaces using Trello who are managed accounts? Some users have asked about upgrading from free to paid plan but I need the product to be managed along with all our other Atlassian products.
