Can commenting on a card in Trello allow us to send an E-mail externally at the same time?

We love Trello in Japan and we don't want to use Mailing software/product like OUTLOOK any more and I want to use Trello only if possible. It would be really really great if we could E-mail to somebody at the sametime when making a comment on a card in Trello.

Can commenting on a card in Trello allow us to send an E-mail externally at the same time?

Hello

With Trello, you cannot send an email to an external user. All notificaitons will go to a registered user.

However, with Butlerbot (automation tool), you can send an emai.  

Here's an exerpt from Butlerbot's send email command.

You can send emails to multiple receivers by separating the addresses with a semi-colon: send email to "user@example.com; another@test.com" with subject...

Sending emails is exclusive to paid accounts, which include up to 1,000 emails per month. We have plans to allow purchasing of a greater number of emails per month for those with high-volume requirements.
