Our company has an account for Trello. The listed administrator has been terminated and know one from the company is able to make changes. Currently there is an issue with Trello, and because we have no specified administrator that still works for us, all employees are locked out of the service with regard to making changes.

Have you tried opening a support case through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ ? Select the Billing option. It should redirect you to this page:
