Can't access link to board

Hey All,

My Uni tutor shared a link but I can't access the board.

I enter my email and password correctly but the error message is:

To complete this action, log in to the account whose email you are trying to confirm

I am also already logged into Trello with the same account. I have also tried without being logged into the account.

I have tried on Firefox, Chrome and incognito mode.

Also have cleared all of my cache and internet history.

I try re-entering my password and it just loops around and around back to the same message.

Any advice would be a great help

@Andrew Blanchard i would check with your tutor and confirm the account they invited you to the board with and make sure it's the same username/email. seems like there might be a mixup there!
