Hi - I can't log into my original premium account. Atlassian created an account under seeliger@wisc.edu which I didn't enter for a new account. Can't see any of original content. When I select support, it takes me to the Atlassian community where I found a user with the same issue. Customer support asking for the URL and email. Also, my password. Below is that info.

What is the error while logging into your premium account?
I enter trello.com and the URL defaults to what I sent to you. This is what I first see. Note I entered seeliger@pediactrics.wisc.edu in the log in window but in the last image it shows I logged in as seeliger@wisc.edu.
