Can't add new workspace

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hello since some days I cant add new workspaces for my projects.
If I click on add new there isnt the possibility to add a new workspace. Can it be cause one workspace (where I am a guest) has reached the maximum user?
Or what could be the reason?
