Can't change the owner of a workspace or board

We have several "workspaces". One of them belongs to an employee who is leaving our company.

You can see there that he is the owner. You can see it by the two arrows.

I read the Trello manuals and could not figure it out. If possible, tell me how he can transfer this board or workspace to me? So that the arrows are above my avatar.
