I would like to access a Trello account that I opened 5 years ago, where I had saved some documents. The problem is that I registered with an email address that I can no longer access. I only remember the address, but I don't remember from which server I can access the email address (a .org). Trello sends me the recovery password to this address, what can I do?

Hi @Vincenzo Pelosi

The account is quite old. Most probably, it was already deleted by now. The data retention isn't that long.

Please request help from Atlassian here if you want to get back your account:

Hi @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ - this is incorrect. We never delete accounts without the user's permission, even if they're inactive.

Thanks for that. I didn't find any information (like Jira)on  what happens with the disabled/not used Trello instances. Thanks!!

Hi @Vincenzo Pelosi - welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately if you no longer have access to the email address of the account, you will not be able to access the account. Email addresses are Atlassian accounts' primary authentication method, without access to the email of the account, you cannot prove that you own the account.
