I am trying to cancel a Trello account. I have gone to the Billing page however error message appears that " You need permission. Request access from your administrator".
I set the account up and pay the subscription invoice ... there is no one else.
Appreciate some help please.

So you want to completely remove the account or just cancel your subscription (get back to free plan?)
