Hi, I have been trying to cancel my premium subscription trial as I won't use it. I just wanted to see what it was like but I want to go back to the free version. When I go to the billing section it's just asking me for card details and there's no cancel button. Please can you downgrade my trello back to the free version. It's quite distressing when everything says it should be there and it is not.
Hello Julie, I believe this is a screenshot from the desktop app, correct? If so, managing subscriptions is not possible via app.
You have to log into your Trello account in a web browser and then head over to Settings -> Billing and a "Cancel" button should be available.

There is also NO OPTION whatsoever to contact atlassian to cancel- it's really a bit outrageous- can someone please pass it on to atlassian admin so they might be able to help me. Please

Just to be clear, I am not with Atlassian in any form, so your best bet is to reach out via ticket.
