Cannot Share Butler Buttons Across BC Team Boards

Our team has Business Class licenses.

I want to share butler card buttons to other Team Boards but they don't show up in butler, even on boards when I view them. I don't want to enable all the buttons (third/middle option in settings); I want the "Shared with team" option to work or be explained to me as I might be doing it wrong. The Trello doc on this is from 2019 and out of date.

How do I get butler card buttons to show across team boards, but not enabled on all boards?

Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with the team name and the links to the boards along with a a screenshot of the current rule set up on those boards and where you would expect the button? We can then take a closer look from our end.
