Card Button, Automation and Integrations

We are basically trying to get a card button created but it won't show on the cards after creation. Once we refresh the tool the card button we created will go missing.

We tried to do this under automation but the same thing happened, it won't work.

So, we thought we remove slack in the meantime, but the system is also not allowing us to remove the slack integrations but we cant delete them

You should have been seeing your card if it's enabled, can you open a request? We can impersonate and check your account there.

Could you add a screenshot of the rule to your request?
I didn't understand the difference between removing and deleting the Slack integration, but we can work on it on the ticket as well.
