When I copy multiple lines in a card title, it asks if I want to make multiple cards.  If I say no, is there ever a way to get the opportunity to make multiple cards again?

@Danette Morse only by copying the source content again. Once you tell it to create a single card, it removes all the line breaks before creating the card
