A colleague has got a new email address and cannot remember the password for the old account. Consequetly sha cannot login or reset her password. Can I as admin change her email address someway as she cannot log in herself. Or do I have to contact the support?
If I have to contact the support - how do I do that as all topics seems related only to my account and not that of a colleague?
