I have tried to change language in my account setting, from French to English. But it doesn't seem to work. I saw on other messages that the problem has last for years.

Please try to go to your account preferences (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences), and change the language.
Then, go back to Trello and refresh the page twice. This should update the language of your Trello.
