Checklist items aren't visible for another member

I have a new board member (single board, not full workspace member) and I went to the effort of lodging links to youtube videos inside checklists, as well as some checklist walkthroughs. She just sent me a screenshot of what she sees. The only content that is visible is the description, comments and Checklist headings. But the checklist content is not visible to her. Is there any reason for this? Google hasn't been helpful.

I can see an option to add her to a checklist item (for a cost) but this sounds more like it is for allocating a task to an individual. Not making it show up or not.

I attached what she sees vs what I see. Obviously I cut off a lot of content in the process as it's confidential.
