Unfortunately, checklist items from Trello do not appear directly in your global calendar.

If you’d like your checklist items to be visible on your calendar, you must convert them into individual cards with specific due dates. These cards will then appear in your global calendar.

If you consider using Trello power-ups, then you may use Google integration by Planyway calendar for Trello which supports syncing checklist items as well.
