Checklists - only assigned person can complete a checklist item?

I want to have a checklist that only the assigned person can mark as complete. Is this possible with Advanced Checklist or do I need another plugin?

Trello is primarily an interactive tool and doesn't currently allow applying different levels of access permissions. So it works more in a way that a user either has access to view the whole board or doesn't see a particular board at all; a user has permissions to update every card on a board or can't update anything at all. 

So the answer to your questions, unfortunately, would be that it's not possible to allow only the member on a checklist item to mark it as complete. 

I'm not aware if any of the Power-Ups offer this functionality, but it's definitely worth a try! Trello can't endorse any of the third-party Power-Ups as they aren't developed or managed by us, so we simply might not have enough information about their features.
