Click and drag cards

Hello,

I just newly join Trello and start to learn how to use Trello. I got a little stuck on click and drag the card up and down in the same list or between lists. I can’t do it as instructed while I see other Trello user can do it easily. I have no problem with click and drag a List to move it within a board.

It would be great if any one can help me to give a guidance.

You should be able to click on the card in the middle and just drag it around on its current list or to another list.  See example below, I was just clicking in the middle of the cards title.  Since it is not working what browser are you using?
