Hello

I have a trello with 9 collaborators, ans the application IS blocked, but the application ask us to reduce the number under 10

I dont understand why

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

It could be that you have collaborators on other boards in your workspace or pending invites. You can remove those by following the directions here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
