Create Card Via Email With CheckList

I have a program which is sending emails to Trello and creating cards, it works like a champ.  But, I would like to have the ability to include a checklist.  I have seen no documentation regarding how this works.  Any ideas are appreciated.  Thanks!

@SeanGahan if you want to create a checklist on a card when it's emailed to a board you could do something like this with Butler:
