Create email when i move the card from one list to another

Dear friends,

I would like to know if there is any powerup to cater the below function

- Send out a email when i move the card from one list to another

the email is not gmail

You can try setting up a rule in the Butler power up. The other option would be to make people watchers on a card and once an edit is made, they will receive a notification.
