Creating a board it gets deleted?

I reopen my tello account 5 years after and I am having creating a board in my iphone, I create a board, add lists and then it gets deleted. 
anyone know how to solve it? Thanks

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Trello doesn't have any functions that can delete a board, a human has to tell it to delete a board.

Could it be that the app is not connected to Trello, and hence is not able to save what you are adding?
