Cronofy in Trello is not syncing with outlook

Hello everyone. 

I am trying to sync my Outlook calendar with Trello using Cronofy. Everything seems to be set up, i have my rules set as i want them and the sync is active, however nothing is moving over to my Outlook calendar. Does anyone have any idea why this might be and how i can sort?

If no one else has experienced the same thing, reaching out to Cronofy directly will likely be your best bet, as they'll be able to clear up whatever's wrong!
