Custom Fields Not Responding

Hello Trello team,

I’m on a paid Trello Teams plan and trying to add custom fields using the "Custom Fields" (User Fields) menu.

However, when I click on “User Fields” from the board menu, nothing happens — the window appears briefly but doesn't allow me to create or edit fields.

I’ve already tried:
- Switching out of beta interface
- Using multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari)
- Incognito mode
- Clearing cache

None of these worked.

Could you please check if there is a known issue or manually activate Custom Fields for my board?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to add a custom field? If you are seeing the screen below, then your board is not in a paid workspace. (Custom fields are only available on boards in a paid workspace; it could be that some of your boards are in a free workspace)
