Custom due date reminder

I'm not a techie but I have a Trello user who only works one day per week so wants to be able to set email reminders for 7 days before the due date (i.e their previous working day) - Trello only seems to offer up to 2 days before

Thanks but this doesn't tell me how to set a reminder that is 7 days before the due date

Sorry, i misread the 7 days part. You can use automation in order to achieve this

Open the automation tab, select Due date, after this add a trigger like the screenshot below

select the options below

and after editing the options click on save
