Custom fields: use input value of the custom field in a the description field to create hyperlink

Dear,

I have create a custom field 'ProjectID', in which the user need to put our SAP project ID.

With this ID I want to generate some hyperlinks to our BI environment (eg show in the desciption).  The hyperlink contains the project ID as variable.

Can this be done in Trello?

This is not currently possible natively within Trello, although it is likely possible using a custom tool in combination with our API. You can read more about our API at https://developers.trello.com/v1.0/reference#introduction
