Customer collaboration

Hi there,

We are going to start a new project with one of our customers. We do not want to use our current JSM product. We would like to use something different and someone suggested Trello.

Will this work to keep our existing Jira and Confluence separate and have collaboration with the customer in Trello? Or maybe you have other suggestions.

We do have a knowledge base but we would like to keep this apart from the rest.

Hi, Theresa!

It should work! On Trello, you can create workspaces similar to the JSM and Confluence sites and boards similar to JSM projects or Confluence Spaces.

Those Workspaces/Boards don't share data with the JSM unless you link them.
