How can i do to deactivate trello account ?

Hi @Olivier de Montalembert - Caity's answer on the question you linked is the only one we have at this time. I'd recommend upvoting the feature request they linked.

Thanks @Alex W but i can't do that as i have a SSO Policy using SAML with AZURE. And users shall access to the self service to raise support ticket to our team. Can i reuse the SSO Configuration and having a non billable policy ? And to define it is non billable ?
