Why isn't the Atlassian Intelligence actually deactivated when I disable it from "Trello > Workspace Settings > Atlassian Intelligence > Disable". When I am creating a ticket from Slack workflow, I can still see the AI version in Trello, and everything is changed.
Do you understand the core logic failure when you have a button to disable the "AI" but it is not actually turned off?
Is there a different setting somewhere which overrides the default setting?
Hi @Mikk Noorkoiv
I'm a Trello Product Manager and can answer questions on AI settings.
Can I assume you are sending the Slack message to the Inbox and not to a board? Correct, me I'm wrong on that.
The AI setting in Workspace control how AI is used or not used within boards in that workspace. The Inbox exists outside of any workspace and is attached to your account. There is a separate AI setting toggle within the Inbox settings.
This AI toggle will cover any method of sending cards to an Inbox: Slack, email, MSTeams and any we add in the future.
Please let me know if changing this toggle removes AI from the Slack messages creating cards.
Cheers,
Beth
Well, we used to have a perfect workflow, where you could send messages from Slack to a Trello board, choose the board and list, and edit the message if needed, but it all blew up with the new design. Now everything is sent to the inbox. To summarise the new design, we are looking for another solution. Still don't understand what was fixed or how it improved our product usage- just more clicks to do the same tasks, and the new card design is just crazy. That's just my 2 cents on the upgrade.
You are correct, this toggle was turned on. Thank you!
Does this also mean that each user has to turn it off separately, since the overall setting, doesn't override it?

Welcome @Mikk Noorkoiv
Trello and Bitbucket are the separate products from Jira, Confluence, JSM, etc. To disable AI for the Trello:
Only Workspace admins will be able to change these settings.
Open your Premium Workspace.
Go to your Workspace settings.
Under Atlassian Intelligence, use the toggle to activate or deactivate Atlassian Intelligence.

I am a Workspace admin.
I have opened the Workspace settings and deactivated it.
I am still able to use "AI" and it still automatically changes the wording.
You can provide me with some screenshots, if you think I am in the wrong settings section and disabling the wrong Atlassian Intelligence. It would be much appreciated

Other than that I don't know why are you still seeing it. If you have followed the process,it's not a problem.

I have just a question for you since I am new here and you have the tag of "community champion." Do Trello/Atlassian support personnel also reply here, or is there a way to reach them? This issue is quite time-critical since it is a security risk for us.
