Delete a card using Trello automation rule

I can archive a card but I could not find a way to delete a card totally using Trello automation.

I think this is missing for good reason....Deletion is completely final.  1 wrong automation move and you have the potential to delete absolutely everything forever...

Is there a reason why just archiving isn't enough?

If you really want to Delete, you can do so using an external tool like make.com or Zapier

I would caution this though...In the decade I have been a Trello user, I have never found a case for needing to delete cards via automation.
